The Client
The Unseen Showroom is a magician agency, but not the kind that just books acts and moves on. They've built something more than that, a proper community of performers who actually love what they do. When they decided to throw their own event in Liverpool, getting their magicians together to drink, socialise and perform close-up tricks to guests, they wanted it on camera.
What We Were There to Capture
This wasn't a corporate showcase. It was a night built around the people who do this for a living, watching them work a room not for a client, but for each other and for their guests. The tricks happened over drinks. The atmosphere was loose and warm and genuinely entertaining. Our job was to catch that. The sleight of hand, the reactions, the feeling of a night where the performers just got to enjoy being performers.
One promo video. No stiff, over-produced feel. Just the night as it actually was.
How We Work
We handed over the raw footage alongside the finished edit. The promo gives them something ready to post straight away, but the raw footage means what we shot keeps working for them long after we've packed up. Clips for social, behind the scenes moments, material for whatever comes next. It's theirs to use however they want.
